Terms & Conditions

All prices include all taxes and tolls unless otherwise stated.

Payment is in euros, in cash, French cheque, direct transfer to our French bank account or via Paypal.

If you would prefer to pay in cash, payment is due upon arrival in resort and prior to departure from resort.

If transferring funds these must be cleared in our account prior to the first transfer.

When paying by Paypal the client is responsible for the fees incurred. These will be specified at the time of booking.

Clients will be deemed to have entered into a contract and to be happy with these terms and conditions upon confirming a booking either verbally or via email.

All cancellations will be fully transferable to another date later in the season, or credit can be held for a booking during the following winter.  However, if you want a refund, we will return 100% if you inform us 4 weeks prior to travel, or 50% if you inform us 2 weeks or less prior to travel.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any child seating requirements. We will not be held liable if we are unable to undertake a transfer due to absence of child and booster seats.

The names of each individual passenger travelling must be supplied in advance.

If you are aware of any delay to your flight, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

In the event of a flight delay the driver will endeavour to wait for you, We reserve the right to suspend your booking should any delay impact upon other clients, but should the driver be required to leave prior to your arrival we will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as is possible.

We will not be held liable if the client misses their flight due to circumstances beyond our control. Circumstances beyond out control include, but are not limited to;

  • Accidents or incidents, whether your vehicle is directly or indirectly involved.
  • Exceptional or severe weather conditions.
  • Road closures and diversions.
  • Unforeseen traffic delays.
  • Delays caused by compliance with the police or other official agencies.
  • Third party acts including but not restricted to terrorism, vandalism and industrial action.

Our vehicles are insured for all passenger and third party claims according to French law. However, all baggage and client property is carried entirely at the owner’s risk and we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage.

Smoking, drinking and illegal drug use are not permitted in our vehicles.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
